hey i bought an iphone 7 from someone i can not get in touch with so its icloud locked what can i do please help

No one here or at Apple can help you to release the Activation Lock.

The only person that can help you is the original owner who set it.

You are now the proud owner of a paperweight shaped like an iPhone.
