Just cant seem to be able to activate my mini ipad keeps telling me that either my password is wrong or id is wrong

Yes, all of a sudden I am able to update the software via the pc, will try again to unlock
Wont u lock with my password or id
Find the original receipt you received when you purchased the iPad, take it and the iPad with you to your Apple Store Genius Bar (make an appointment before you go) for assistance.
Looks like only option is to start again!
Thankyou for your help, have no idea where the receipt is, still have the orginal box, plus I am sure I am on their records!
They will require the original purchase receipt to help you.
