phone disabled, cannot sync to iTunes

Hello!

my child managed to disable my iPhone, and it now asks me to Connect to iTunes.

Problem: on connecting phone to Mac via USB, nothing happens.

On doing to Devices > the sync option is greyed out.

what should we do next?

disabled phone won't connect to itunes I have an old iPhone 7 that I have disabled. It says to connect to iTunes, but it won't connect. Is there a way to fix this?

Phone is not disabling My Iphone Xr has been disabled. It is telling me to connect to Itunes so I have been trying to connect to my mac for some time but the sync option is not available. I did many things like restart my mac, restart my phone, authorize the account again, and try a different wire. It still will not let me sync my phone onto itunes so I can't disable my phone.

Does iTunes see your phone? If not, try the suggestions in here.
