loop disease

My iPhone 7plus will no longer work for phone calls. The audio is greyed out. The microphone button won't work for siri or talk text, when I try to use earbuds, the music plays on the outside of the phone. This is the 4th time this has happened in our family. My daughter's phone has done this 3 times!!!! I'm so sick of this. What can I do?
