Looping disease
I have an I phone 7 and all of a sudden yesterday It stoped recording anything from the mic and when I make a call speaker button is grey Siri can’t here me is their any possible fix to the issue??

This is a common problem. I have an iPhone 7 just like this. Apple Know that this is a problem, but aren’t doing anything about it. It is loop disease and it is caused by the audio ic chip solder coming slightly loose, creating a bad connection, you can get it fixed by third parties, or wring Apple support for a new one. I know of many people whose phones have been replaced with this exact issue.
