I can’t add cards to Apple Wallet after I remove the card😭

I have previously successfully added my credit card to apple wallet. However, for some reason I have removed it and been trying multiple times to add back my credit card or debit card to apple wallet. But it doesn’t work.

Tried all the methods that stated on apple’s website (checked my country setting it’s correct, update my iOS to latest version, and all other checking) and it’s still not working 😤

Anyone here can help?
