Can’t pairing Apple Watch 3 cellular with iPhone xr

It shown must be update watchos is last version but I can’t update. If I want to update must be pairing finish but I can’t do it.

Apple watch 2nd generation not pairing with iPhone 6 iOS 12.5 I'm trying to pair an Apple Watch 2nd generation with the latest watchOS 6.3, with an iPhone 6 also with the latest iOS 12.5. Probles with pairing When I try to pair my watch it says I need to update the phone, but there are no more updates. I tried on 2 different phones and it did the same thing.

Make sure your iPhone and watch have the most recent updates. Update your watch first. Next follow these instructions..https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205025. If you still have a problem, contact Apple Support.
