Re Calandar: Is there a way to set to set the default to "Work" rather than "Personal"?

When entering a new event, it would be good to eliminate that action for most of my calendar use.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help setting up your default calendar today. Its sounds like you want that to be "Work".

Have a look at this article: Keep your Calendar up to date with iCloud. Under "Set your default calendar" you will find instructions for both an iOS device and Mac.

Another question... Is there a way to set my iphone to backup to icloud on mobile data? I tend not to hook up to wifi very often, so have to remember to manually backup to icloud - which doesn't always happen!
