Sync watch alarms with iPhone?

Is it possible to have the alarms on my watch sync with the clock app on my iPhone?

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 5

Thanks for the help.

This is a good tip, however, I was asking if I was able to sync alarms across both devices. So if I created an alarm on my watch it would appear on my phone and vice versa

How to Set the Same Alarms on Both Apple Watch and iPhone

Set the alarm on your iPhone in the iOS Clock app.
Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap the My Watch tab and select Clock.
Turn on Push Alerts from iPhone on this screen.
