Google Drive in Finder Sidebar
How do you add Google Drive into the favourites of your Finder sidebar? I've downloaded the 'Backup & Sync from Google' app but I can't seem to add the Drive folder to my Finder.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Peter!
I understand you want to add Google Drive to the favorites section in Finder. I'd be happy to provide information to help you accomplish this.
Have a look at the following guide: macOS Sierra: Customize the Finder toolbar and sidebar

.Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Enjoy your day!
Yes, what I wanted was to have access to my Google Drive folder via the Finder Sidebar and 24 hours ago I just couldn't get it connected to there. I think there was a problem with setting up my 'Backup and Sync from Google' app that I recently downloaded. For some reason I couldn't complete the setup properly. Now, when I woke up this morning the app opened up, I was able to complete my settings and then automatically, my Google Drive came up in the Finder Sidebar. Don't know why that happened 24 hours after I was trying to set it all up in vain. Anyway, everything seems to be working. Thank you very much for replying to my question.
What you want is to have access to the files on your drive from finder or just to have the application there as a favorite?
