Google Drive folders not showing up on iPad

Have always used Google Drive (or "Back up and synch"), but while it still works fine on my MacBook (things synch, can see all folders), when I use/look at it on my iPad (and iPhone) via the latest version of "Google Drive" I installed, at a minimum, at least one sub-folder is totally missing. I CAN see all sorts of things added to Google Drive on same said iPad AFTER I created said folder.

I have read where Google Drive (or back up and synch?) now only "works" the same way for a "computer"...does this mean I can forget about ever seeing this folder again via my iPad, and likely others I might create via the Google Drive app?

I suggest that you contact Google Drive Support Team about that matter, leaving them a feedback, or asking if they're preparing a new release that corrects the issue.
