Incoming Calls from my contact did not show the numbers saved

I have an issue where my incoming calls from my contacts, appeared as non-saved number.

On top of that, it added my original country code on it. (I am from Malaysia but residing in Singapore)

The photo attached is actually a call made from a Singapore phone number. Not only it is saved as one of my contacts, but when it came in, it appeared as 87954422. Then if I tapped in, it showed +6087954422, which is wrong, because +60 is Malaysia but the call is from Singapore.

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Hey edwintan@,

I see that you're having concerns with incoming calls from contacts showing as numbers with different country codes.

Let's make sure you are running the latest iOS update and the latest carrier settings. Review these articles for more information on how to update them:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Next, check to see if the contact calling you has disabled Caller ID. If they haven't, then check to make sure you have set the iPhone to the correct language and region by going to Settings > General > Language and Region.

Then test and see if the issue persists. Let us know the results.

Take care.
