This image is 725 x 725 px and thus is too small and won't be accepted. It must be minimum 1400 x 1400 px. maximum 3000 x 3000 px and less than 500kB (which your is). Incidentally you must also give it a different file name from the previous one or the Store has no way of knowing it's changed - you may have done this, I have no way of checking.

If the image is compliant with all the requirements it can take several days to update. If it isn't compliant (and there have been some problems with SoundCloud) then it won't update. If you care to post the URL of your feed I'll have a look at it. You shyould always post this and the Store page URLs when you have a questions, otherwise one can give only the most general answers, if any.

That's correct. As I said, don't be alarmed if it doesn't update for a few days. If you post back when you've made the change I can check that it is in fact OK (we've had some problems with SoundCloud).

Thie image is 3000 x 3000 px, which is OK, but the file size is too large at 877kB: if must be less than 500kB.

I did clear my cache in case I was getting a cached image, and tried a different browser, but it made no difference. Are you sire you're updating the correct image? I would suggest you give it a different file name if you didn't do so, since you can get problems with ISP's caches. (Although the image in your top episode's tag has a different filename but is the same image with the same size...)

Where are you seeing the 256.9kB? Are you checking the original image or from the version on the server?

There's no fixed time, but it seems that it can take quite a bit longer than three days. The image appears to be OK so it should update eventually. You could try going to Podcasts Connect and clicking 'Refresh feed'.

Now the image is too big! It's 3456 x 3456 px - the maximum allowable is 3000 x 3000 - and the file size is massive at 2.4MB - the maximum allowable is 500 kB
