appleid disabled and unable to contact Apple
I need help! I am unable to download updates from the App store or from iTunes getting a message stating that my account has been disabled. When I go into the iTunes account page there is a message stating that my payment method cannot be authorised. Update your Payment Information. I see no issue with my default payment method as it has been used recently but trying to add another card I get a message stating that the apple id has been disabled.
My account is in the UK but I am presently in China. I have tried contacting apple support but I cannot call the UK 0800 number from here and the local Apple support is no good.
How can I contact Apple and find out what is going on????
