can not download app

I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD ANY APPLICATION. I chose the app > I pressed the accept button > It asked me my Apple ID password > I gave it correctly > it said alright > The app seemed to be downloading > but nothing happen=no app > I ask Google and it showed some automatic answer from Apple website: weak internet connection may caused this problem > but my iPhone with the same internet connection can still download anything > I try on other app > still failure...
