I am having trouble connecting my hearing aids with my phone using blue tooth
Any trouble shooting ideas please ?

This is not my original question but same problem. IPhone is 8, software is 12.3.1 and hearing aids are Signia 312. I put new batteries in hearing aid, unpaired them, restarted my phone and tried to pair them. It won’t pair. Anything else I can check?
