Icloud Photos

I have moved all of the photo from my phone onto my S Pro. I also have a back up on Google Photos. My ICloud Storage is still nearly full after deleting all of the photos from the phone. Why is this?

If you have good backups, try deleting the photos from the Recently Deleted album in Photos. That should remove them from iCloud.
