music files in photos folder

I recently moved all my photos and music from a PC to a new MacBook Air and the music that was in iTunes on my PC is now in my photos the MAC as an ACC file. How do I move them back into iTunes on my MAC?. They are not in a separate folder but mixed into my photos.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like the music got mixed it with photos on your Mac. I'll be happy to help.

Here are some suggestions:

If the files are in the Photos app, that means they are attached to the library. The best thing to do would be to archive and move the iTunes library manually: Back up and restore your iTunes Library - Apple Support
If you are able to retrieve the files on the Mac, they just need to be imported into iTunes: Import media from a computer to iTunes on Mac - Apple Support
You might have to change the folder location or organize as needed. Here are some tips for that: Change where your iTunes files are stored on Mac - Apple Support

I was able to highlight the music files in my Photo app and then export a copy of the originals into my iTunes music file and then delete the files in photos. I had to do another step to get the music to show in iTunes but that step escapes me currently.
