Moving album files onto a flash drive

Hi-

At the end of a project, and need to transfer albums that I ripped from CD's, labelled, etc. to a removable drive.

Can I do this from iTunes, from the media files in my user profile, or ?. Also wondering how I can move them and either keep or delete them in my music files.

Help appreciated.

Dr. Rich,

Normally you can highlight them in iTunes/Music and drag-n-drop them to the removable drive.

It is unfortunately not 100% reliable so if you see it is not working, do the copy from Finder. To know where the files are, right-click the track and choose Show in Finder.

Either method puts a copy of each audio fie onto the drive, and does not change anything in your library. If you want to delete the files from your library, do so the normal way after you have verified that you have copied everything you wanted.
