Voicemail Translation

I just bought the XS Max and my voicemails are not being translated. How can this be fixed.

Voicemail in french I got a voicemail today and when i went to listen to it all i got was french as soon as i called my voicemail, i read up the instructions on how to change it to english, i put in my password, and then put in the corresponding number to change it back to english. When i was done it just started saying the same thing it did when i called my voicemail, i repeatedly pressed 7 in case a french telemarketer sent me a ton of messages and that did nothing either. Help please

Voicemail translation So what happened to the voicemail translation I used to have on my earlier phone?. I am presently on the iPhone 12 pro max. Was that only available in the beta version?

Do you see anything at all about Transcription with your voicemail? If not, then check with your carrier. They are in control of that.
