Series 4 Cellular Watch

Just replace my original Apple watch with Series 4. I am not receiving incoming calls away from my phone. Outgoing calling works fine. My cellular service is with ATT. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the cellular service activated with AT&T? If you do, open the Control Center, swiping upwards from the bottom of the watch. Check to see if the cellular icon has turned from white to green and if you see signal dots in the upper left corner of the watch. If not, then it is not connected to your carrier. You can also go to the Watch app on the iPhone, then go to Cellular and see if it is showing a connection.
