Iphone XR - signal problems

I have the iPhone XR and I am on EE and have been for the last 15 years.


Previously i have had 7, 6s, 5 and 4. I have never had any signal problems before but now with the iPhone XR my signal is terrible. Does anyone else have this problem?

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

  • Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
  • Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
