Why does my (4th) iPhone have 1 bar signal strength when 3 others have full strength?

Why do my iPhones (2) 4 + (2) 6S Plus have poor signal strength everywhere, whether via WIFI or LTE, while others on older phones in room have full/strong signals? AT&T is Service Provider.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

Thank you for your swift reply Peter. It has been with all 4 iPhones. I return them through the Asurion Insurance listing, including weak signal as one of the issues. The replacement “new” phones have the same issues with very weak 1 bar signal strength. My son, who has older phones and AT&T “Pay-As-You-Go”, has full strength every night while sitting next to me. (We share dinner and a movie.) I have turned off WIFI and have the same low signal on LTE. I’ve also soft and hard reset many, many times. The weak signal causes many issues: dropped calls while speaking, muting my voice during calls, garbled speech (both sending and receiving) during calls, etc.

My WIFI is functioning perfectly, my desktop computer functions perfectly at 150 Mpbs and my Smart TV functions perfectly. They all run off the same WIFI, but aren’t used simultaneously.
