Itunes money

Hey, I have a problem with iTunes taking my money when I didn’t purchase anything. It took 9,99€ out of my card and I really need a refund. I had an offer of a 3month free subscription, but when I pressed on the “purchase” button it charged me 9,99€. I deleted the subscription immediately. Can you help me?

Refund help Hello, I recently added $100 onto my itunes account to pay for my apple music subscription thinking i was paying for the yearly cost, that’s what i usually do. but for some reason it took out the monthly cost from my itunes account instead. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
