Setting up new iPhone
I am setting up my new iPhone XR and the phone has been stuck on the same screen for two hours. The screen in white stating, "It may take a few minutes to set up your Apple ID..." Why is it taking so long?
iPhone XR, iOS 12
Force restart the iPhone as follows:
- Press and quickly release the volume up button
- Press and quickly release the volume down button
- Press and hold the top button until the Apple logo appears
