I have a playlist set to automatically play when I start my workout. Is there a way to set this playlist to automatically shuffle, too?

You cannot have it shuffle all the time after setting it once, but you can start it and shuffle using the instructions I gave. It is going to take you to the same location that you received when speaking with support. Glad you got your answer, enjoy your watch.
I just opened the only playlist that I have on my Watch. Once you see the artwork for the playlist, turn the Digital Crown downward and you should see the music controls. One of the selections is Shuffle All.
Thanks, Chris! I was chatting with support when this came through. To resolve this, they told me to press the bottom right button and then swipe up or down to get to the music application. Then touch bottom left of screen (list) which brings up the controls to shuffle the music. Just have to do it each time I begin my workout. No way to automatically have it shuffle.
