where can I download the latest quicktime - I just bought my Mac 3 months ago.

hello, I bought my MacBook Pro 3 months ago. I think I've accidentally deleted my quicktime. Could you advise where I could go to download it "officially/safely"? thanks! (Quicktime 10 is the latest?) thanks!

QuickTime Player never left your machine and you are misinterpreting what you see on the screen.

By default QuickTime Player tries to open files in your iCloud space and that's what you're seeing on the screen. Nothings stored there? Then command + w keys to close that window.

You'll see QuickTime Player at the top of the menu bar and that means the apps is open.

Hi QuickTimeKirk, thank you so much for your reply!

When I go to Applications folder and click on the Quicktime icon, I get an empty iCloud Library window open. At the address bar it shows "Quicktime Player - iCloud". What does it mean? (My iCloud drive is empty, btw.)

Is it anyway to get Quicktime back without having to re-install MacOS? Actually I just need to use it to make some on screen recording of videos. THANKS!
