I've told you all I know. All monthly bills, like phone or electricity or credit cards, get charged on the same date each month, otherwise it would be chaotic. If you have any problems or queries with Apple's method of charging you need to contact them: https://getsupport.apple.com
As far as I know it would be the 1st. Probably they calculate an annual cost and then divide it by 12 so it averages out.
