I availed of the family sharing and has turned on the sharing of purchases however, one of my member can't download one of the app (Minecraft). I've tried all the troubleshooting on the support page but is still not working. Anyone experienced the same? TIA.

What happens when they try? Error message(s)? Can they see the app as being shared?
Family Sharing - If you don‘t see your family‘s shared content
There's no error message but there is a price on the app.
If you see a price, then you are in the wrong place to see the shared Apps.
You need to access the family members purchased list to download an App from them, not the actual store app entry.
