security question

Hello,

It is now more than 6 months I am not able to change my iphone security questions.

I feel a bit disappointed as it has taken so long and I am not able to get help from apple. My iphone has important information that I don't want to loose. I went to apple shop here in Kigali but they could not be helpful, they told me that I can only get support from South Africa. I left dissapointed.

So how can I be helped to change my security question? Or I dump my iphone?
