What is the US security team phone number

What is the US security team phone number? I created an apple ID years ago. I was able to reset my password, but have no clue what the security question answers are and they tell me they do not have enough information to reset the questions. This is maddening as there is no way around this ridiculous catch 22. Apple provide phone numbers for other countries, but not the US. Is there a phone number for the security team. If web pages are the only available options, it is not a team.

I have an android and will be getting iphone in three months or so. I will not do this if apple will not let me change my security questions.
