Network

I changed my sim card and now my phone doesn't read network the network bars are empty, it only shows the LTE sign. I can't make calls or send text messages

iPhone 6, iOS 12

It sounds like your device is locked to your previous carrier. Check it, and ask your previous carrier to unlock your iphone, if you're eligible.
