Reporting problems with recordings to Apple?
Here's the question: Is this an Apple problem or a music label problem--and how does one go about reporting such things?
Here's the problem: I decided to play (via Apple Music) the Hair movie soundtrack to my 16-year-old nieces and nephews. They had never heard of it, strange. It's the newer recording, remastered, you can really hear the bass on this version. We get all the way to the end and the last song, Flesh Fantasies, seems to be the un-remastered version. Sounds dull and the bass is hard to hear compared to the remastered. Big, big difference in sound.
Weirdly, the "sample" Apple provides if you go to the iTunes store is the remastered version. Just the full-length track seems off. Amazon's is fine, sound's great.
Sort of a bummer. I run into odd little issues like this once in a while but have no idea how to report them. Is there a way?
