Charges on my apple itunes account

The following dates I received charges to my bank account for $21.39. The dates are 6/7/19 and 7/11/19. I am unsure if these charges go back any further. I first noticed the charges in June. I use apple music as a student with the $4.99 charge. And the only subscription through an app I had was for the SWEAT app for one month at $19.99. It is unclear on my bank statements if this app is what the charges apply to. I suppose I am inquiring the source of the charges in the hopes that my account will cease being charged and I could perhaps get my $42.78 returned to my bank account.
