How do I reinstall the health app that was on my phone when I got it it’s a white square with a red heart

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help reinstalling the Health app.
This built-in iOS app is not able to be uninstalled. Check out: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12 or later device or Apple Watch. If you could delete it, you would reinstall from the App Store.
It may actually still be on your iPhone. Have you tried searching: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
