Somehow I have three iCloud Drive archive files under my user name, can I merge them

I suddenly noticed that I have three iCloud Drive archive files under my user name. There are many common or duplicate file and some newer and unique, can I merge the files?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

If you drag and drop a file over another file in iCloud Drive ( archive ) , if they are common files a pop up appears would you like to replace , keep both and cancel , so click replace .
