My iPhone X Face ID stopped working

My iPhone X Face ID stopped working after being in 6 inches of water and I have already tried restarting it. What should I do?

Something could have been damaged inside your device, but we can't judge/diagnose that issue remotely.

Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iPhone inspected. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options: Apple – Location Selector
