Apple TV doesn’t support downgrading. As stated above, you will have to wait for the next non-beta release, and then upgrade to that.

Restoring through iTunes wouldn’t be a way to downgrade.

Restoring through iTunes is not supported for the 4K model, as it has no USB port. An Apple technician would need to perform such. Even that is not a way to downgrade.

Apple TV is a streaming device, with only apps being stored but no media. So there isn’t anything to back up. I had already explained what you need to do above which is to remove yourself from the Beta program and then wait for the next public release of TVOS. You cannot downgrade and the beta will not be removed until you are able to upgrade to the next public release of TVOS.

If this was your main device then it wouldn’t have been recommend to install a beta on that machine.

You are using beta software, any issues encountered therein would need to be reported using the proper feedback channel.

If you wish to no longer be part of the beta program you can remove yourself as I explained above, however you would need to wait until the next public release at which time you would install that and your beta software would be removed.

You would need to go into settings - system - software update, and turn off Get Public Beta Updates.. Then you will need to wait for the next public release of TVOS

That process simply removes you from the beta program, but it won’t remove the beta from the system. You will need to wait until the next public release of TVOS before that happens
