Hi
how can i restore to factory settings my apple tv.
i dont want the beta it doesn’t allow me to play anything on my tv.
I get a message about HDCP support.
and i don't have the beta on my other apple tv and works fine
also i have try to do the reset and update but i get a message “apple tv cant download the latest update right now”
any advice

i did try the reset trough the apple tv and its gives me a error.
the second using the micro usb i can do it since i don't have that port my apple tv its the 4k
Sign out of beta and wait for the next non-beta release.
Apple TV 4K can only be restored externally by Apple technicians, and “stopping beta” may not be part of the standard service that is available to you.
