Changing the organizer of family sharing
We want to change the organizer of our family sharing. How do we do that without losing purchases and other information?

I suspect you will have to dissolve the family group and set it up again with the new organizer.

As for losing purchases, read the article for details. In some cases you won't. In other cases they may stop working but should again once if the same people re-join under the new family.
