Apple Mail Junk

I'm using a junk mail build list rule in Apple Mail. Items received that I've added are moved to the "trash" folder and marked as read. It works fine, but to add a new sender to the junk mail build list rule, I must click "mail", "preferences", "rules", "edit rule", etc... Is there anyway to expedite this process? I would like to have an icon along the top bar that would add mail to the rule with one click. Dragging mail to the "junk" folder leaves it in that folder and thats' not what I want it to do.
