Apple TV 4K subtitles
Can someone tell if if there are Greek subtitles in the Apple TV 4K and if there are Greek subtitles in Netflix too in the Apple TV 4K.

That depends on the region and titles. What is your country or region? Availability of subtitles are regional decisions by the content owners. I would expect them to be available in Greece, but availability elsewhere may be limited.
The Apple TV can display Greek subtitles just fine, or any Unicode alphabet/script/writing system for that matter. Activating subtitles for iTunes Store content and Netflix content works much the same way (swipe down during playback to get to the options for that show).
