Adware Update shows on apple store reminder

I am using Adguard for Safari and I recently received an update reminder from the App store which I ignored because Safari has a setting for "automatically update extensions from the Safari extensions gallery"

This update disappeared from the App store and when I go updates to view any installed items nothing appears. However Adgaurd has 3 icons in Safari where it use to have 2. I did not acknowledge any update.

Does anyone know why this occurred?
