Ipad 4 hotspot missing

Hi All,

After I updated and upgrading my Ipad 4 (wifi + cellular) to iOs 10.3.3 the personal hotspot was dissapeared.

I was trying to search and try to get back the hotspot but it is not successful.

Please appreciate your help to get my personal hotspot working on my iPad 4 again.
