I took new iPhone XR yesterday I updated 12.3.1 but I can’t backup my old data because I am facing problems Iike it is showing u need to update ur 12.3.2 version so how can I update the lates iOS version I tried in software update yet I din got 12.3.2 it is yet 12.3.1

12.3.2 is only for iPhone 8 Plus only. You do not need it for the Xr.
But be carefull not to destroy the backup and probably your iPhone.
Otherwise wait for iOS 12.4.

If you are trying to restore data from an iPhone 8 that is on iOS 12.3.2 to a new iPhone XR that is only on iOS 12.3.1, you will need to makes some changes. The best thing to do is to do a short search here on the forum for another thread with iOS 12.3.2, iPhone 8, and restore in it. You will find a few of them, and most of them have a workaround. What you have to do is to create an iTunes backup, then locate the backup on your computer and use a text editor to modify the file. The instructions are long, and I don't have them all written down, and it would be easier for you to search. You shouldn't have any troubles find one or two that contain those instructions.
