iPad Pro 9.7 logitech create keyboard does not work

iPad Pro 9.7 logitech create keyboard smart connection does not work anymore, already with the 2nd create keyboard. At the beginning it works fine for couple of months, then it starts to work properly.

cleaning the contacts does not really help. Rebooting ipad either.

My feeling is that it relates with the iOS system updates. Presently using iOS 12.3.1

Does anyone has a solution?
