Removing downloaded purchases (books) permanently

I’ll be grateful if someone could please tell me how I can permanently remove downloaded books from my account.

You can't permanently delete any purchase from an account, all you can do (apart from getting the whole account deleted) is hide them so that they don't show for redowloading : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
