charging phone/ipad when camping

I know i need to get a "powerbank" to charge when not near electricity, but im not sure which one would be best for my phone&ipad. any advice ? Thanks so much

Because a friend & some other people have told me that charging the iPhone from UPS could be extremely unsafe threatening for its battery, leave powerbank alone. If powerbank is a safe option, what company should I go for a powerbank from ? __ per my region - Pakistan. In my opinion the best is to always charge the iPhone from a powerbank, because it has no electric supply coming in at the time when it charges the iPhone & so the current flow to the iPhone would be persistent & smooth (I’m not an expert, just giving a logic that I understand better). Powerbank for fast charging? How do I find a powerbank that will charge my iPhone SE faster than average? Standard is 1A, Quickcharge is more but only for Qualcomm chips, iPad chargers give more so it should be possible for a powerbank too - but which ones? I have seen tests where 2A powerbanks only give 1A to an iPhone. Hope somebody has experience or links.

For the iPhone all you need is one that outputs USB standard 5V and at least 1Amp. The iPad needs higher current to charge optimally (e.g. 2.4Amps for an iPad Air 2). Then it is just a matter of how big a power bank batter do you wish to carry around.

In my my car I carry a NoCo GB70 to boost a vehicle if need be, but it can also be used to charge any IOS device. I could completely recharge my iPhone XS 3 or 4 times with it, but it weighs about 5 pounds.

There are also solar charges specifically for camping and outdoor use with rechargeable devices. Companies like Premier Solar Tech and others make them and they get reviewed in camping and outdoor magazines all the time.
