I have an iPad Pro from 2018. I’ve been using it since last December. A greenish blue vertical line just appeared on my screen and it doesn’t go away. Is there a way to remove it myself or do I have to take it to a store??

Take it to a store, especially if its’ still under warranty. That line could be a fault in the iPad’s equivalent of a graphic’s card.
If this iPad is the new iPad Pro 2018 (which is what your picture seems to show you do have), you do have warranty as you couldn't possibly have purchased it more than a year ago. It wasn't released until November of 2018.

It would probably be an out of warranty replacement.
But if it is less than a year old that issue may be covered under the manufacturer’s one year warranty and the replacement may be free.
