Can’t find Zambia my country for a payment

Please assist with the question above to do a payment Zambia is not amongst the countries .please advise how I can make a payment?

App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books availability - https://support.apple.com/HT204411 - If your country is not listed then you cannot buy anything.
